Then our Intro to yoga offerings are perfect for you!

Our Intro Courses welcome beginners and have you practicing yoga postures right away.  You can choose between our 3 part workshop series offered monthly, and our regular scheduled weekly classes. Both are taught by our highly qualified instructors and will give you a thorough, fun, and down to earth introduction to yoga. You will learn everything you need to know to feel comfortable to attend yoga classes and learn foundational knowledge on yoga. We welcome you to this nurturing and inspirational beginning of your yoga journey.



(English & Spanish courses available)

After this course, you will be prepared for our regular scheduled guided classes. You can also start up a Mysore style practice if you want to join an amazing melting pot of yoga practitioners and taste the inspirational energy of practicing in the traditional method.

Meeting once a week on Saturdays, we will introduce you to the foundational elements of yoga including philosophy, postures, breathing and meditation. We can help start you on the path to becoming a committed student.

This class is for those of you who want to learn yoga from the bottom up. Designed for the complete yoga beginner you learn the sun salutations and basic standing and seated postures. At a slow but fun pace you will learn how to move your body in a safe and healthy way. Through the fundamentals of breath and movement we explore the basics of yoga together in a way that is accessible to everybody. Expect explanations, modifications and a free space to ask your questions.


Getting confident in Intro Level 1 class? Building upon your sprouting yoga knowledge we introduce some more postures and simple chanting to deepen your understanding of the Yoga method. Detailing and alignment in postures is further encouraged.
