JP Tiffert studies Ashtanga Yoga under Kino MacGregor and Tim Feldmann and feels his practice is shaped by the teachings passed on from Swami Satchidananda and Sri. K Patthabi Jois. JP is guided by Yoga Sutra 1.2. Yogas–citta-vrtti-nirodhah; Yoga is the stilling of the fluctuations of the mind.
JP’s teachings focus on alignment in order to improve strength and flexibility. He creates a safe space for individuals to explore Yoga and learn about its many limbs. JP believes that Yoga is for everyone – athletes, professionals, mothers, fathers, friends and family.
