Rosemary Pearson-Rosenthal

Rosemary Pearson-Rosenthal  has practiced Yoga since she was a teenager. With a background in ballet, she finds yoga is bringing focus and concentration to her life, helping old dance injuries heal, along with many other physical benefits.

She developed and ran the yoga program at Central Baptist hospital’s community education department, in Lexington, Kentucky. Over the past thirteen years Rosemary has taught yoga in central Kentucky and Miami. A regular teachers at hotels, a private yoga teacher and teaching at House of Movement in Brickell, she has been vast experience with seniors & chair yoga, restorative, pre-natal, vinyasa flow, beginners ashtanga yoga and guided meditation.

Rosemary has studied anatomy, yoga philosophy, teaching methodology and asana under the tutelage of Laura Spaulding (KPJAYI Level 2), under her mentor Jennifer Hamill, Dean Holt, Ramanand Patel and Francois Raoult. She has also attended workshops with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, R. Sharath Jois, Kino MacGregor, Christina Sell, Amanda McMaine-Smith and many others.
