This class is the full Ashtanga experience. In a steady and dynamic pace postures are linked into a choreographed sequence that opens deeper dimensions in your mind-body-breath connection.
Stamina, strength and flexibility weaves into a full-bodied meditation, with minimal instruction, traditional Sanskrit counting and careful emphasis on Ashtanga’s original Vinyasa method.
In this class you will begin to get under the skin of the Ashtanga Yoga recipe! For the committed students, willing to embrace classic yoga’s surrender in the eye of the storm. Taught only by teachers qualified to pass on the integrity and purity of this ancient, Indian practice.
