MLC is located in a giant old warehouse with a ton of space and rustic industrial yoga vibes in Miami’s fashionable and quirky Wynwood/Overtown. Our new reiteration of Miami Life Center is of a true step up. We intend to be a true education & community center, Omstars filming home base, fun artsy events, a Latin American concept store, gatherings and of course your daily non-stop yoga classes, workshops and intensive courses as you’ve come to know us over the past 16 years in our previous location on South Beach.
PARKING
Blue line: Residential street parking. FREE for anyone Monday - Friday 7AM to 6 PM. NO parking here without local permit after 6PM!
Green Line: Metered street parking. Payment enforced 9:00 AM to 3:00 AM 7 days/week $4/hr.

Miami Life Center has grown. Along with our new spacious home in Wynwood/Overtown, we’ve opened a second pop-up location on Lincoln Road in South Beach.
This expansion marks a new chapter for MLC as a leading yoga school in South Florida, offering daily classes, creative holistic events, and workshops you’ve loved for the past 16 years.

Miami Beach Convention Center Parking Garage – Public parking garage very close to Lincoln Road, with city-enforced paid parking.
1909 Meridian Avenue Parking Garage – Parking garage on Meridian Ave just a short walk from Lincoln Road, with metered/paid parking.
