Guided by the breath, this class combines continuous movement to build internal heat with holding postural forms to settle in.

This is a space to turn inwards and flow through a sequence that explores flexibility, strength, and a calmer mind; all while maintaining the foundational elements that make Ashtanga Yoga – Yoga.

A practice of placing the body and breath in a particular way (vinyasa) with the intention of finding balance from the inside out. We come to our mats to remove physical, mental and emotional obstacles, to feel into and free up the energy living in all of us.

Expect to sweat, be challenged and learn to let go.

Some experience in yoga or any movement modality is recommended. Variations and modifications will be offered for accessibility.
