In this class you will learn breathing techniques to find more balance, calm and clarity in the body and mind. In the first 15 minutes Monica will explain techniques and their application for those new to yogic breathwork or looking to refine foundations.
Then, together we will practice to experience the breath and become intimate with its pathways through the body. The natural intelligence of the breath, when unobstructed, is powerful for healing on many levels and can show us how to tune in and let go.
