Stillness in Action.

This is an advanced class meant for students seasoned by years of ashtanga experience. Using challenging asanas to stir the mind, you learn how to find meditation in action and how to embody calm in the non-ideal situation. Learn to navigate your nervous system impulses, carefully craft your mind’s seed to the count of the teacher and surrender to the lessons of this sequence.

Refine your vinyasa counts by breathing intentionally through each transition and posture. Come face to face with that challenging posture you sometimes try to avoid in Mysore class.
